Clinic Policies

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services and retail products. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment and cannot be honored with any other discount.
 
GUEST CANCELLATIONS:
We regret that we must charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
 
ARRIVAL TIME:
We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. First time guests, please allow 15 minutes for completion of paperwork.
 
LATE ARRIVALS:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
 
CELL PHONES:
Out of consideration for our other guests, please mute your cell phone. Cell phone use is not permitted in treatment areas.
