Clinic Policies
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services
and retail products. Gift Certificates must be presented at the
time of appointment and cannot be honored with any other discount. Gift Certificates expire two years from date of issue.
GUEST CANCELLATIONS:
We regret that we must charge for appointments
cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
ARRIVAL TIME:
We request that you arrive 10 minutes before
your appointment. First time guests, please allow 15 minutes for
completion of paperwork.
LATE ARRIVALS:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive
an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible
for full service fees.
CELL PHONES:
Out of consideration for our other guests,
please mute your cell phone. Cell phone use is not permitted in
treatment areas.
