Classic Swedish Massage
This treatment utilizes medium to deep pressure and your therapist will adjust the pressure according to your personal preference. Swedish massage uses five massage techniques designed for relaxation, soothing nerves, relieving tension, reducing stress, and creating a heightened sense of well being. Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the premise that there are many reflexes found in the hands and feet which correspond to every part of the body. By applying pressure and stimulating the hands and feet, you are increasing circulation and promoting specific body and muscular functions, while detoxifying the body. Reflexology, with a full range of pressure sensors, considers the hands and feet to be much more sensitive than most people realize. Similar to how our eyes detect light, the feet and hands detect pressure, movement, stretch, and weight distribution.
